ParseRat File parser, converter & reorganizer 2.0e
ParseRat converts & reorganizes files.

It reads most files including page image print files from other processes, fixed format, delimited, dBase, and structured binary. It's valuable for extracting data from legacy processes or those where data can only be exported as printed reports. It also reads ASCII and EBCDIC.
Among the many features of ParseRat it intelligently parses & converts dates, names and addresses into components, gender can generate Soundex and perform intelligent de-duplication. It can restructure names into different element sequence (e.g. from "phonebook" format to "mailing list" format including elimination of noise words like "fax line" or "residence"). It will generate titles (Mr., Ms. etc) from first names. ParseRat also will convert addresses into standard (user defined) formats.
With ParseRat, there is no new language to learn. Everything is done by point-and click in Windows. ParseRat, is not only useful, but it is also extremely user friendly. It includes an extensive help file.
