Quick Menu Builder 1.3
Use this to create custom, stand-alone executable menus.

Your menu will work on all versions of Windows. Menu creation does not require programming knowledge, and the user interface allows you to progress logically through your menus' construction.
Construction is divided into steps, and every feature is customizable. Menus can "under-lay" beneath a picture, and buttons can be installed wherever you want them.
The program supports animated GIFs, videos and Flash. You can also link several menus.
