When I ran my first Bootspeed5 scan in April 2011, it so messed up my registry that I can no longer use my principal browser, Chrome. The Chrome home page no longer comes up; I can get email but cannot click on the links; and a myriad of other associated problems that did not exist before; and so on.
Requests for help to Auslogics have resulted in no help at all beyond an initial perfunctory message followed by dead silence. They have left me dangling.
I do NOT recommend Auslogics. My experience with it shows that it is no different than malware. I strongly recommend to the wary to keep your money and stay well clear of it. Bootspeed5 is a scam and I would love to get it off my computer, if I only knew how.
