This is a product that we have been using around the shop for years but only recently released to the public.
Its a lens you can drag around the screen. The lens can zoom in and out. By double-clicking on any area in the lens a color is added to the paint palette. Palettes can be saved to and loaded from a file. This program is clean and easy to use. This software will run on any windows machine which has the .NET framework installed.
