I have been using Ashampoo Core Tuner for several months now. I liked it and bought a copy. It takes about 2% CPU to run and monitor. It makes sure that each process, including programs uses all the available cores in a balanced way. It gives you the option of increasing or decreasing the processing priority of any service and program as well. If I have CPU intensive processes, such as major installs and processor hungry programs, I just boost the value and the program or service runs and responds faster. The utility is very stable as well. I have had no problems with it since installation. Highly recommended!
